Effie Fox is the Director of Human Resources, based in Sydney and is part of the CWT Australia Executive Team.

Effie brings with her a wealth of knowledge from both the HR and commercial arenas. Effie held various financial and commercial management positions before changing her career into the HR Profession. Effie has extensive experience in HR from her experience at Telstra, State Street, Vodafone, Advantra and Recruitment Solutions. Effie’s achievements span across many HR initiatives including recruitment, talent management, remuneration and benefits, organisational development and strategic planning initiatives.

Effie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
