Mandy McMullen is the Director of Traveller and Transaction Services (TTS), is based in Sydney and is part of the CWT Australia Executive team.

The Director of TTS role requires her to lead and manage a variety of divergent functional activities and branches nationally. Each branch operating separately as autonomous profit and cost centres under policy control and accounting for the overall profitability of the TTS business unit.

She holds responsibility for the achievement of revenue and expense budgets; maximizing yield earning capacity and achieving optimum profitability while adhering to CWT’s Policy, Procedures & Standards and Clients’ Service Level Agreement/KPI’s and Travel Policy. Both directly and through the Traveller and Transaction (Customer Service) Teams she is responsible for client accounts and managing the business relationship between CWT through directing and motivating managers to achieve agreed targets, managing and motivating all divisional personnel and maximizing Team Member productivity levels.

Mandy has held senior executive positions with a number of organisations, with her most recent prior to joining CWT being with Sabre Pacific as Head of Global Accounts – Asia Pacific; a role for which she was in for over six years. Responsibilities included; developing sales and service strategies aimed towards growing new business; service improvements and customer retention. Other areas of experience include Olympic Games Operations Manager, where she developed and implemented call centre strategies.
