Mike Orchard
Director of Sales Australia
Mike Orchard is the Director of Sales Australia, based in Sydney and is part of the CWT
Australia Executive Team.
As Director of Sales, Mike is responsible for setting the strategic sales direction for the
company, and leading a highly motivated, results driven team of executives across Australia. Mike
is responsible for developing high value, mutually successful partnerships and for ensuring that
CWT grows sustainably and successfully through attracting new clients.
Mike brings a wealth of travel management, consultancy and sales experience. Prior to
joining CWT, Mike led a major global travel Management Consultancy, based in London. During this
time Mike engaged with high profile companies to lead strategic sourcing exercises for travel and
to conduct travel management diagnostics. Mike developed this business by winning new clients,
drove global expansion and developed new value-add services. Mike’s focus is to ensure CWT clients
receive the best total package solution, managing and controlling their expenditure effectively and
receiving maximum benefit from their partnership with CWT.
Mike also holds several years global sales and account management experience from the airline
sector and is a graduate with an Engineering degree.
