Group Air Fulfillment
CWT M&E provides clients with the ability to manage large group movements like a normal single passenger trip. Our extensive experience in managing group air, combined with our event management technology, allows us to take the hassle out of coordinating multiple passenger movements whilst providing clients with detailed reports so you know where your delegates are and how much it cost to get them there. We do this while also ensuring that all clients travel policy is adhered too so the client risk is minimised.
Through the global buying power of CWT we work with our priority airline partners to get clients the best value every time. This includes accessing group airfares direct from airlines or looking at in-market fares for travel originating outside of Australia.
Website & Online Registration
CWT M&E provide an online event registration website tool to facilitate the registration process and host all event information in one secure site.

Event Venue Sourcing
CWT M&E will source clients the perfect venue for there next meeting and event allowing meeting planners time to focus on the event content. We have a specialist team who work with suppliers to ensure we are abreast of the latest venues and facilities for client events. We provide clients with detailed event budgets for each venue we propose to assist meeting planners make an informed decision. Whether clients are looking for a hotel conference room, off site location, or a cruise boat, CWT M&E can find the perfect venue for you.
Accommodation and Transfers
Leveraging CWT global buying power, CWT M&E will negotiate competitive rates for block accommodation for meetings and events. With our specialist meeting and event technology we provide clients and venues with an array of reporting including rooming lists, dietary requirements and arrival and departure schedules. We can also arrange group check in and check out whilst cross checking arrival and departure schedules with travel plans to identify and minimize any room attrition.
OnSite Program Support
CWT M&E can provide clients with CWT onsite support staff for any travel desk or program management responsibilities. Our staff are highly trained in onsite program management and allow meeting planners the chance to engage in the event and focus specific tasks like looking after VIPs. Our staff will act as the liaison between the venue and client and can manage any onsite travel desk requirements to ensure delegates have a local travel expert on hand for last minute changes. Onsite staff can also arrange local tours and day trips or support any registration and secretariat desks.
Conferencing, Special Events and Gala Dinners
CWT M&E works with clients to develop exciting event programs that deliver positive business benefits. By engaging CWT M&E clients benefit through hard and soft savings such as preferred supplier rates and price negotiations as well as freeing up client resources from logistical event functions to concentrate on high value activities.

We can provide clients with onsite support for domestic and international destinations to manage day tours and activities to ensure the incentive is a success.

Asia Pacific Regional Air Fulfillment
Utilising our CWT regional office network, CWT Australia can manage any Asia Pacific event travel requirements. For large events with multiply originating country travel, CWT M&E accesses published and local market airfares and/or negotiates multi-country group airfares to deliver airfare savings to clients. Centralising the management of regional air provides clients with one contact point for the event who will coordinate all travel requirements and provide detailed regional reporting. This process also ensures any client risk management polices are honoured especially in the Asia Pacific where many regional flights connect through key cities.
