The e-mail order system CWT @visor helps CWT to make workflows on both customer and travel agency sides even more efficient. Using this structured e-mail order system, travelers can quickly and automatically send in their booking requests. Frequently made trips can be defined and stored as standard trips, always just a mouse click away. After filling out all the relevant fields, travelers send their order to CWT. They receive an automatic confirmation that the order has been received. The booking is then processed by Carlson Wagonlit Travel and confirmed by e-mail to the traveler.
