CWT’s global 24-hour service ensures that travelers will always have a place to call and a
central point of contact for emergency situations. We operate wholly owned 24-hour travel services
throughout the globe, providing travel assistance to our business travelers, 365 days a year. Our
centers are connected to profile information and all major worldwide GDS systems, enabling our
counselors to retrieve and amend bookings made with CWT around the world and operate within the
parameters of the customers travel policy. This means that CWT will be there for your travelers
when they need us the most.
Visa and Passports
CWT’s unique partner in the obtaining of visas and passports is Belgium Visa Service. CWT and
BVS have one common objective: provide our customers with the best visa service that they are
entitled to. We always take the necessary measures so that the visa should be granted to any
client.

save you from long queues at the cash register and filling out long, endless expense claims! When
you book the Lock Park or Security Long Term Parking through our services, you can count on a
parking place: you will find the number on your CWT voucher. The price of your parking registration
is included in the invoice for your airplane tickets. Your company can settle everything in one
payment. OUR RATES ARE THE SAME AS USED ON THE AIRPORT. CWT DOES NOT CHARGE ANY COSTS FOR THIS
SERVICE.
Lounge
The CWT lounge access program is a unique offering in Belgium and offers lounge access to
more than 500 lounges covering over 245 cities in 80 countries irrespective of the airline flown,
class of travel or membership of an airline program. This card gives travelers the opportunity to
decrease the travel budget by downgrading to economy travel without taking away one of the most
important benefits your employees enjoy. We offer a nominative card through which travelers can
access more than 500 airport lounges worldwide. Does a guest without a lounge access card accompany
them? No problem! A fee will be charged to the credit card of the holder after the visit to a
lounge. Value = Lounge Access We can offer three different cards: The standard card: This low cost
plan is designed for the traveler who wants the security of access when needed with a low annual
fee and a fee charged to the credit card after each visit to a lounge. The same fee will be charged
for an accompanying guest. The standard plus card: This plan incorporates a Standard membership
with 10 lounge visits included. After 10 visits, a fee will be charged to the credit card after
each visit to a lounge. This fee will be charged for an accompanying guest. The prestige card:
Designed for the frequent traveler who would prefer to make a one-off payment to gain access to
lounges. A fee will be charged for an accompanying guest.

What: Designed to enhance communications by adding a visual component and enhanced features
such as real-time document editing, desktop sharing, file transfers and application sharing.
Applications: • A team of five product developers share an application and collaborate to map out

Airport handling desk
Paper Air tickets can be collected at the Fly2day desk at Brussels Airport if requested and
if emergency case.
What is the procedure to collect my ticket?
Fly2day is located in the departure hall at Brussels airport, next to the Tour Operators
desks at the left handside entering the airport. When you come along to the Fly2day desk, you only
have to mention your name in order to get your tickets. But be aware that this procedure might take
a few minutes during the rush hours. So, we advise you to come a quarter in advance! (contact

Railway station - Pick-up you ticket on departure
Ticket On Departure (TOD) is a service from Rail 1, the Belgian service centre incorporating
all international rails services in Belgium, including TGV, Thalys and Eurostar. Now, you can
obtain your rail tickets from an automatic ticket distributor in 19 Belgian railway stations.
How does it work? Make your rail reservation via your usual CWT Business Travel contact. Your travel counselor will provide you with a reservation reference and a special pick-up code which you can then use to pick up your Thalys, Eurostar or TGV tickets at any of the 19 participating Belgian railway stations.
