The e Center and MSC are an effective and efficient travel management model for companies
with cross-national travel volumes, offering rapid, high-quality services for travelers at all
locations. At the same time, this option allows for exact tracking of productivity, service level
and costs. With a combination of agent-supported online bookings and telephone reservations, the e
Center and MSC concept offers new options to optimize your travel budget.
