Baudouin Gillis – Vice President Belux

Baudouin has been Vice President of CWT Belux since March 2004. He received his doctoral degree in Law in 1971 from the University of Leuven. He speaks 3 languages: French, Dutch and English.

He heads up all leisure and business travel activities of the Group in Belgium and in Luxemburg. Baudouin was CEO of CWT Belux from 1988 to 1998 and contributed to the creation of Airtip. He is also General Director of Alliance T.  

When it comes to free time, he loves sports of all kinds. He is married and has four children.

Stany Freid – Operations & IT Director

Stany has been Operations & IT Director at CWT Belux since March 2004. He studied Public and International Affairs at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve and Mandarin language at Shanghai University.

He started his career at CWT in 1992 as Country Manager for Luxemburg. In 1999 he joined CWT France, where he managed the information systems for the Leisure and Proximity unit.

In his off time he enjoys mountain biking, reading contemporary philosophical texts and listening to music. He is married and has three children.

Henri Losseau – Finance & Central Services Director

Henri is Finance & Central Services Director at CWT Belux. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve.

He joined CWT in 1987 as Financial Controller and became Financial Director in 1997. He grew further as Director MIS Europe and later as Financial Controller for CWT France and Portugal.

Henri enjoys cycling during his free time. He is married and has three children.   

Jeroen van der Velde - Commercial Director

Jeroen was appointed Commercial Director for CWT Belux in 2004. In this position he is responsible for managing the commercial team, increasing market share and ensuring profitability. Jeroen also manages the Meetings & Events department. Jeroen has a broad sales & management experience.  Prior to joining Carlson Wagonlit Travel, he served as General Manager Belux for Galileo. Jeroen equally serves as Vice President Suppliers in the BATM. Jeroen is a Dutch national, married with 2 children.

Alain Gabant – Human Capital Director Belux

Alain is graduated as Commercial Engineer at the University of Mons. He was appointed Financial Controller in 1984 at GlaxoSmithKline where he stayed until 1990. Then he became Finance and Human Resources Director at Merck KgaA during 8 years after which he took up the same position at Phibro Animal Health.
Alain joined CWT in April 2008 as Human Capital Director. He likes driving oldtimers and is a member of various classic cars clubs. He currently owns three popular cars of the Seventies.
He is married with 2 children (24 and 22 years old).

Otto Vanschamelhout – Supplier Management Director

Otto is graduated in Tourism Management and started his professional career in the airline consolidator business. He joined the Carlson Wagonlit Travel group in 1998 and occupied since then different management positions. Otto is married and father of 2 children. In his free time, he likes biking and walking.
