Profile Management
One of the many benefits of the profile management of traveler profiles which sit in the AMADEUS point-of-sale reservation system is the pre-population of each booking with travel policy guidelines and individual traveler preferences. Frequent flyer membership numbers, seat and meal preferences, charge card numbers with expiration dates, etc. are all included. Quality control is built into the point-of-sale system, which ensures policy compliance and enhances the interaction between our consultants and travelers.

Profiles can be accessed through our 24-hour emergency service and Carlson Wagonlit Travel has developed a template to expedite the input of all traveler data into the Computer Reservation System (CRS).

All of this information is automatically downloaded into travelers' reservations ensuring client needs and requirements are met.

Profiles are viewed and maintained in AMADEUS CRS, and any changes are monitored and reported to our Management Information Systems. This ensures the accuracy and relevance of all customer information. To maintain accuracy, our profile management database system periodically mails travelers a user-friendly copy of their profile for verification and update.
