As Senior Director, Program Management, Katarina Kelln works directly with the Managers and Directors of Program Management on a national basis to develop and achieve our clients' goals and travel program initiatives. Katarina has direct accountability for overall client satisfaction, and is empowered by CWT's flat organizational structure to ensure the proper technologies, strategies, and processes are deployed.
In 2000, 2004 and again in 2006, Katarina was recognized with a top employee award for her achievements in program management at Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Throughout the years Katarina has received many accolades from internal and external customers and is recognized as a solid team player in both CWT and in the travel industry.
Katarina entered the travel industry in 1987, working for CWT for four years as a corporate counsellor. After several years in account management with a competitor, she returned to CWT, joining the account management team in 1996. Her travel industry experience spans more than 20 years, with leadership positions in both Sales and Account Management.
Katarina is currently an active member of the Canadian Executive Team. Based in Toronto, Katarina reports to Sherry Saunders, Senior Vice President and General Manager, CWT Canada.
