As Vice President, Traveller & Transaction Services, Kathleen (Kassie) Kennelly is responsible for overseeing all components of service delivery to our corporate customer base including strategic leadership focused on enhancing service while ensuring efficiency and effective use of automation to exceed customer needs.
Kassie has been with CWT since 1990 and brings 22 years of industry experience to this senior role. During her tenure with the organization she has held a variety of positions both in Traveller & Transaction Services as well as Program Management. Most recently Kassie held the role of Senior Director & General Manager for CWT’s Phoenix operation which included both small/medium enterprise accounts as well as global accounts including GE, Morgan Stanley, CSC and DHL. Prior to this role Kassie was based in the Eastern Region for CWT and provided leadership in Program Management.
Kassie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She brings a strong ability to solve complex operational and client issues, while providing solid client and people leadership. Kassie reports jointly to Sherry Saunders, Senior Vice President & General Manager for CWT Canada and Janet Wheatley, Senior Vice President, Traveller & Transaction Services, North America.
