Patricia Quance
Senior Director, Human Resources |
As Senior Director, Human Resources, Patricia Quance is responsible for overseeing all of CWT Canada’s HR strategies, including programs, policies and initiatives. This includes: benefits and policies; compensation systems; performance management; recruitment and employee engagement and retention strategies.
Quance joined CWT Canada in 1998 as HR Consultant, was promoted to HR Manager in 2000, and subsequently promoted to Director, Human Resources in 2004. During her tenure, she has made significant contributions to CWT, and was instrumental in the company’s achievement of Canada’s Top 100 Employer status for three consecutive years. Through benchmarking and seeking out employee feedback, Quance has been the architect of many HR programs, policies and philosophies that have contributed to a high employee retention and satisfaction rate within CWT Canada over the years.
Quance is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), with a solid educational background in general business, HR and quality management. Prior to joining CWT, she held various HR positions within the banking, manufacturing and service industries; such as Bank of Montreal and Caradon Indalex plc. Quance is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
Quance, a member of the Executive Team, is based in Toronto, and reports directly to Sherry Saunders, Senior Vice President & General Manager, CWT Canada.
