CWT is currently seeking to fill the position of Account Executive, Meetings and Events to penetrate existing house accounts with the purpose of seeking new/additional sales opportunities. This role develops a territory plan on assigned accounts with the purpose to retain and strategically develop additional revenue streams and profitability. This role will work closely with Program Managers and executive owners.
Responsibilities/Relationships
• Achieve pre-established retention, revenue (renewal & up-selling), profitability, and satisfaction goals annually
• Develop annual business plan to support client objectives and increase CWT service penetration.
• Support new client sales opportunities.
• Document and recommend process, savings, or program improvement opportunities via regular program reviews (post-program, quarterly or annually based on client size & scope) and which highlight the value CWT delivered to the client.
• Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) from client assigned accounts as required using collected travel data and financial analysis.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations
• Liaise with Land and Air Operations management group regarding program operation strategies
• Create a detailed Scope of Work for each program and manage changes to scope (scope creep) including collecting additional financial compensation
• Maintains visible relationship with client as key client owner
• Prepares Agreements managing the process through to signing
• Review final reconciliations with cost savings/cost avoidance reports to be reviewed with clients 30 days after group has travelled
• Selling and consulting to clients all opportunities and services available through CWT M&E, including enterprise SMM programs in conjunction with M&E BD Directors

Qualifications
• Minimum three years experience working in a meetings and incentive management role and the ability to work in partnership with a Corporate client base
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel as required

o Excellent presentation skills
o Ability to work independently and manage a client base
o Have an aptitude for sales technique and the ability to sell other CWT services
o Strong initiative and the ability to work in partnership with the operations & product teams
o Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
