Corporate Social Responsibility
As a service provider to organizations and travelers worldwide, CWT is addressing issues of
Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) both internally and on behalf of its clients and partners.
We see it as an important part of our responsibility to foster the development and well-being of our employees, ensure productive relationships with all of our stakeholders, help mitigate damage to the environment, and be good citizens in the communities in which we operate.
Principles of ethical and safe conduct, coupled with our core values and a sense of corporate citizenship, provide the framework that guides CWT, both in its business activities and its CSR initiatives.
At CWT North America, an executive steering committee comprising key leaders from across the organization oversees the CSR program philosophy/ policy development and the related framework established to provide direction across sub-committee efforts around community involvement, diversity, and the environment.
