EU - Air Transport regulation from 01st December also valid in Switzerland
The EU-Air Transport regulations will also be valid for Switzerland from 1st December 2006 on.
The regulation of the European Parliament is establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation of flights. This will be valid for all Swiss carriers and all other airlines departing from Switzerland.
