A permanent team that is well informed on your personal requirements forms your central contact point. These requirements might include your current travel guidelines, instructions you issue at short notice, or the preferences of your frequent travelers.

All BTCs are equipped with the latest technology and work in accordance with efficient, ISO-certified processes. The regular analysis of customer demands, a comprehensive quality management concept and qualified employees ensure you a high level of personalized service.

The Implant – the travel division inside your company
With this very individualized service configuration, employees of Carlson Wagonlit Travel serve your travelers from an Implant office on your premises.
Your CWT team is always up-to-date on your latest requirements, including your current travel policy, instructions you issue at short notice or the preferences of your frequent travelers. Implants are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and work in accordance with efficient, ISO-certified processes. CWT Account Management - the proactive customer service
As the customer's personal consultant, the CWT Account Manager continually co-ordinates the co-opera­tion between Carlson Wagonlit Travel and the customer's travel management. After a thorough analysis of the clients requirements, the Account Manager develops an optimized strategy for the customer's travel spend, including all necessary measures for its implementation. For this purpose, CWT uses a professional knowledge management tool (CWT Knowlex). In international project groups and regular group meetings, Account Managers gather know-how and best practices on all subjects of busi­ness travel and make the results available to colleagues through an Internet-based communication tool.

Uniform booking procedures, standardization and simplification of the processes yield enormous cost savings. The prerequisite here is the use of online booking systems and the willingness this involves to change over to this system, along with a corporate culture that allows for adapting travel guidelines for Europe-wide application.

CWT Online Implementation Group - the experts for online strategies
In 2005, CWT created the CWT Online Implementation Group to assist clients in the definition and development of their online strategy all the way to implementation and adoption. The new division acts throughout Europe and consults companies in the process of implementing and realizing their online strategies. The Online Implementation Group's portfolio also comprises - in addition to technology and organizational consulting - training of employees in order to increase the adoption rate of online booking tools.

Solutions Group - the specialized management consulting
This wholly owned subsidiary of CWT advises customers on all processes beyond typical account management. This includes, for example, the development of concepts for optimization of air and hotel sourcing, creation of hotel programs, benchmarking, or systems clearing, travel expense statements and re-designing existing procedures.

The eCenter – service for cross-national travel volumes
The eCenter is an effective and efficient travel management model for companies with cross-national travel volumes, offering rapid, high-quality services for travelers at all locations. At the same time, this option allows for exact tracking of productivity, service level and costs. With a combination of agent-supported online bookings and telephone reservations, the eCenter concept offers new options to optimize your travel budget.

Savings are based on a high degree of automation, user-friendly interfaces and process optimization while maintaining the best possible service quality. The eCenter language is English and requests can be made by telephone or via an online booking tool. The travel counselors receive intensive training to make sure they are able to rapidly process both telephone and online requests. With the help of a quality assurance system, they find the best connection at the best price and transfer this data to the automated ticket generator, which also takes care of sending the tickets to the traveler. In the case of electronic tickets, the booking certificate is deposited for pick-up directly at the ticket machine.
