Air Passenger Rights extended:

Dear Carlson Wagonlit Travel Customer,
we would like to inform you about the Regulation (EC) N° 261/2004, establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights. This regulation has become effective on 17 February 2005.
