With its “Green Charter”, certified by Bureau Veritas, Europcar became the first European company to be awarded green certification, formalising the company’s commitment to sustainable development.

Europcar allows customers to make “eco citizen” car rental decisions by driving ‘green’ cars and provides the option to offset their carbon footprint by using Europcar’s Carbon Offset programme.

With our READY SERVICE simply book 2 hours in advance quoting your Europcar Driver ID and your rental agreement will be pre-printed before arrival. The READY SERVICE is available at almost 200 Europcar locations worldwide where you will receive a priority counter service.

Europcar has an exclusive network of currently over 65 24h stations throughout Germany. Even more stations offer a 24h emergency service on call. Europcar is the only car rental company to provide this service combination in Germany.

In case of an accident or a car breakdown, in Germany, Europcar also offers 24h Service and a separate emergency service, which will take care of the customers´ needs within a maximum of 1 hour throughout the country.
