Credit facilities for low budget air travel
Carlson Wagonlit Travel provides credit facilities enabling you to book low-budget air
tickets without having to use your personal credit card.
Hotels
Not only do you benefit from special government rates for hotel accommodation, the Carlson
Wagonlit Travel Hotel Programme contains over 12,000 hotels worldwide with specially negotiated
rates. Discounts can go up to as much as 40% on standard rates. All hotels in the programme offer a
high level of service and all the comfort the business traveller requires. In addition, the
negotiated rates are contractually agreed and guaranteed for a fixed period. Hotel accommodation
costs must be paid for on the spot.
Train travel
We can arrange international train tickets and reservations for you from up to five days
before departure.
Ferry crossings
Reservations and tickets for Stena Line and P&O North Sea Ferries.
Car rentals
When you book a rental car, you benefit from Carlson Wagonlit Travel preferential rates. Car
rental costs have to be paid for on the spot.
Passports and visa
Information on travel documents and visa requirements. We can arrange your visa against an
additional charge.
Management reports
Management reports provide an overview of all travel booked through Carlson Wagonlit Travel,
broken down by category (e.g. air travel, hotels, car rentals). We can supply these at any
frequency you require.
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Desk
Carlson Wagonlit Travel uses the Aviapartner/Holland Handling desk in the central departure
hall opposite desk row 9. The desk is staffed by Aviapartner/Holland Handling employees and
is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In case of emergencies (such as a missed flight) Aviapartner/Holland Handling can contact your CWT booking office to make modifications and possibly organize a new reservation. Aviapartner/Holland Handling can also arrange for the issue of other travel documents, for example a visa you have applied for that can be sent from the embassy to the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol service desk at the last minute.
Telephone service numbers
Carlson Wagonlit Travel has two telephone service numbers for booking and changing business
travel arrangements. Our staff have direct access to all CWT's reservations and customer profiles
worldwide.

CWT Service Desk
Telephone assistance outside office hours before you set out from the Netherlands. The CWT Service Desk is open from 6.00 am - 9.00 am, 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm on weekdays, and from 8.00 am - 8.00 pm on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays you can contact the International 24-Hour Service.

24-Hour Emergency Service
Telephone assistance while you are abroad on business: for changes, unexpected delays or other emergencies. Our staff have direct access to your reservation, customer profile and travel requirements and can assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Delivery of tickets
You always receive your travel documents by email. If a ticket is left for you to pick up at
a foreign airport the charge made by the airline applies.
