A separate unit has been established to serve all semi-governmental and governmental clients.
This is due to the specific needs of the government segment and in order to ensure that the package
of services is perfectly tailored to match the distinctive needs of government clients. Each
employee of this specialised department is discrete, in full possession of a certificate of good
behaviour and is contractually bound to observe the utmost confidentiality. These employees also
have a number of years of service within our organisation and have gained professional experience
in the field of government processes.
One designated contact person
With CWT Government Travel you have the added advantage of being able to turn to one
designated contact person who knows the ins and outs of the government world with all your
questions, comments and suggestions regarding business travel.

CO2 emissions related to air travel have on the environment. We have consequently developed the CWT
CO2 Calculator that enables you to easily calculate the CO2 emissions before departing on your
trip. The CO2 Calculator also immediately shows whether other options are available for certain
segments of your journey that are better from an environmental perspective, such as train travel.
CWT’s extensive management information makes it possible to chart the total CO2 emissions of
your air travel within a given period. You can then decide on the basis of this information whether
you would like to arrange to compensate for these emissions via climate compensation. If so, our
staff will be pleased to bring you into contact with organisations that can organise this for you.
It is, however, completely your decision as to which compensation opportunities you wish to utilise
and in which compensation projects you would like to participate.
