National account management, the pro-active customer service and consulting
As the client's first contact, the AM is responsable for the relationship management between client and CWT. After the inventory of clients need and requirements, the AM develops an optimal strategy for the customer's travel expenditure management. The AM helps the clients to formulate their travel policy, determines preferred carriers, hotels and car rental companies, the frequency and specifications of local travel expenditure analyses and MIS reports.
National AM assist international AM to implement global accounts on the local market, indentifies the specific requirements of these clients, adapts the global agreement to the local needs and possibilities. The AM will solve service level problems, review operational matters and advise the clients about CWT's new products.
