Aqua is a software product that CWT has purchased to enable a number of manual tasks carried out in the branches to be automated. With AQUA, we are able to perform an automated quality control check, a lowest fare search, check the traveler's seat preference has been matched and follow up on waitlisted flights.

 

Aqua automates the process to:

  • Display preferred air carriers
  • Price itineraries at published and/or negotiated air fares
  • Offer alternate itineraries, per company policy, for improved fare savings
  • Enter corporate & individual discount numbers for car and hotel bookings
  • Display hotel availability using customer and CWT rates
  • Quality check to ensure all customer reporting requirements are present
  • Assign special meals and seat assignments
