Customer Service Application - Quality surveys - MIS reports
In order to constantly optimise and improve customer service, CWT
employs the web-based customer instrument Customer Service Application (CSA).
This system is based on a data base that saves all complaints as
well as comments of satisfaction received from customers, consolidates them
worldwide and deals with them immediately. On the basis of the documentation of
the processes, ad-hoc reports can be drawn up according to various criteria
which enable an exact assessment and analysis of customer satisfaction and the
implementation of the necessary measures.
Time to time we are testing the satisfaction of our clients
through quality surveys. After having processed the incoming answers, we
investigate all issues, we answer all questions and we remedy all complaints.
CWT has created a unique management reporting system (MIS) which
enables our corporate clients' management to monitor and control travel expense.
Based on the datas produced by the reporting system, the clients' management
together with the account manager can have a stronger negotiation power while
discussing corporate rates and deals with preferred suppliers. They can better
identify their purchases which helps them to adjust the travel policy to the
real needs and to cut expenses wherever necessary.
