Air ticket
Air travel represents the most important part of Companies' total travel cost. It's a crucial priority that we help our clients to manage and optimize their air travel expenses.
We usually offer our travelers the lowest logical applicable air fare available at the time
of booking. Thanks to our purchasing power and leading position on the Hungarian travel market and
worldwide, airlines offer us preferential airfares. We also help our clients to negotiate with
their preferred airlines corporate discounted fares on specific routes. Our sophisticated travel
spend analyses and management reports help our clients to keep a firm track and control on their
travel costs. With these reports, we can even better assist our clients to realize further savings
or make necessary corrections to their travel program.
Travel insurance
CWT usually recommends to its clients and travellers to buy travel insurance policy before departure, either individual or corporate. Our travel consultants advise the travellers on different types of travel insurances and the conditions so that the travellers can choose the option which best fit their needs.
Rail tickets
CWT does not directly book and issue rail tickets but if it is needed by its corporate clients, CWT arranges the booking of international rail tickets through Railway Companies.
Hotel reservation
We book hotel rooms at 65,000 hotels all over the world directly through our computer reservation system, Galileo.
Thanks to our experience in negotiating with suppliers, our corporate clients may get the
highest value for the lowest corporate prices at their preferred hotels.
CWT has developed special partnership with a selected group of hotels, that meet the best the
needs of today's business traveler in terms of comfort and service. Our exclusive hotel product,
the Global Alliance Hotel Program features negotiated rates and amenities to meet our travelers all
requirements and to provide them with value added services.
Car rental
As a result of our purchasing power and global corporate agreements with car rental companies worldwide, we can offer our corporate clients preferential rates with all major car rental companies. Our travel counselors will find the most convenient car type with the lowest fare available at the moment of the booking. Our travel counselors will provide travelers with all appropriate information on special requirements, rules and conditions related to the car rental.

Visa service
Our visa service is available only for our corporate clients, purchasing all other travel services with CWT.
Our travel counselors usually notify travelers about entry and visa requirements. Our
visa specialist assists travelers to fill in the application forms and submits the visa
applications to the Consulates.
The visa page is available in Hungarian language and includes
information for travelers of Hungarian nationality. If you require information about visa
