Before your trip
When you need to travel for business, you can call or email CWT Marine & Offshore. After you have indicated your destination, our staff will advice you what’s the best way to travel and where to stay. Necessary health requirements or passport and visa information will be communicated. If needed, they can take care of travel and cancellation insurance and taxi reservations to the airport, also when you’re travelling from another airport than Schiphol Amsterdam.
As soon as your ticket is booked, you receive a confirmation by email, together with your e-ticket. If you need to make any changes before departure, please call CWT Marine & Offshore during office hours. Outside office hours you can contact our National Service desk. For last minute travel documents you can request delivery at our airport desk at Schiphol airport.

 

During your trip
If changes to your travel itinerary are necessary during your trip, you can contact CWT Marine & Offshore (within office hours), or our 24 hour service at all other times.
In case of severe delays and cancellations you are entitled to compensation from the airline. Read the document Airline passengers’ rights for more information and use the calculator to see if you are entitled to receive compensation.

 

After your trip
With our Management Information System you can align your travel costs which, in combination with a tailor-made travel policy, can lead to significant savings on your travel budget.
