Airport desk
The Carlson Wagonlit Travel service desk at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport is situated in departure terminal 2, opposite to KLM check-in desks rows 12/13. It's is easily recognized by the CWT logo. The desk is staffed by Service Wings and open daily from 05h00- 21h00.
Service Wings can contact your CWT office in case of emergencies (e.g. missed flight), to make modifications and to arrange a new ticket. The service desk can also take care of other travel documents. For example, we can request the embassy to send your last minute visa to the service desk at Schiphol.
Because of its central location, the desk can also very well serve as a meeting point.
