No matter how quick and professional Carlson Wagonlit Travel arranges your business trips, it can always occur that you need us outside office hours. In these cases our CWT Servicedesk (0900-2255578 ) is the answer.
The staff of the CWT Service desk is ready to adapt changes to your itinerary before you leave. They arrange the same business travel matters as the regular Carlson Wagonlit Travel offices during office hours.
The CWT Servicedesk is accessible only to our business travel clients, within 3 days before departure:
- On week days: 06h00 - 09h00 and 17h00 - 21h00
- Saturdays: 08h00 - 20h00

international 24H Assistance.
