Airport desk

When it's not possible to send you your ticket by mail, you can also pick it up at the Service Wings desk at Schiphol Airport. This desk is situated in departure terminal 2, opposite to the KLM check-in desks at rows 13/14. The desk is easily recognized by the CWT logo.

Besides handing out your ticket, Service Wings can contact your CWT office in case of emergencies (e.g. missed flight) to make modifications and to arrange a new ticket. The service desk can also take care of other travel documents. For example, you can request the embassy to send your last minute visa to the service desk at Schiphol.

Because of its central location, the desk can also very well serve as a meeting point.

The service desk is opened daily from 05.00- 21.00 hrs.
