Teamwork
At the Carlson Wagonlit Travel offices we perform teamwork. Each team of Business Travel Counselors is responsible for a group of regular customers. This means that you deal with all aspects of the booking process, which enables you to build a relationship with your team's regular clientele.

 

Training possibilities
  In addition to general training programmes, Carlson Wagonlit Travel offers its employees individual instructional modules that can sharpen their skills. In the working area they can be sure of guidance by one of our trainers-on-the-job, who will
also advise on the making of a personal training programme.

 


Personal development

Carlson Wagonlit thinks it's important to give its employees sufficient space for personal growth and development. We invest in both training and development of actual positions, and in future positions for our employees. Dependant of your own motivation and with the aid of our training and guidance you can move up from Business Travel Counselor junior to the position of Business Travel Counselor, Teamleader and Inplant Supervisor. Are you up to more? Then you may be selected for our YOPO (Young Potential) Programme. Participants to YOPO are guided through a personal coaching programme during 2 years in order to move up to key positions such as Account Manager, Sales Manager or Trainer on the Job .
