How we work
Carlson Wagonlit Travel can arrange the airline tickets for all your international destinations. As a result of our worldwide purchasing power and many years' relationship with airlines we can offer attractive fares for both economy class and business class. We can also book so-called "low cost carrier" tickets.
Our agents have extensive knowledge of rates and rate structures and are experts in 'smart ticketing'. By attuning these rating techniques to your Travel Policy or specific wishes, we can achieve considerable savings for you.

How do we save on air travel?

  • In addition to the internationally determined rates, we draw on our database of rates especially negotiated for Carlson Wagonlit Travel clients. This database is being kept up to date 24 hours a day, so we always offer you the most favourable rates;
  • Your Carlson Wagonlit Travel contacts are trained to give cost-saving alternatives;
  • We negotiate with suppliers about special terms for popular destinations where this is applicable for our clients;
  • We map your travel pattern and then realize savings through the creative utilisation of combined tickets and cross tickets, whilst making use of weak currencies and miles flown.
