European Commission has created a site to
inform passengers of all kinds about their
rights. The site offers a common set of principles, to make you more aware of your
rights if something goes wrong with your trip,
regardless of the mode of transport you use or whether a journey takes place
wholly within a single Member State or goes through an intra-Community or external frontier.
The site is available in over
20 languages and also offers
Apps for Android, Apple, WP7 and BlackBerry.
