Training Opportunities
To foster this development and the drive for positive change, we offer a host of training opportunities.
Although a variety of CWT departments deliver some training, there are two primary teams who manage most of the development programs, tools, and initiatives for CWT:
Learning and Employee Development
Organizational Development
These teams work collaboratively in several areas, including the administration of CWT University.
CWT University is the global environment for our Learning Management System (LMS). Targeted training programs are offered for each audience.
