Successful from the start
A new employee's formal induction into Carlson Wagonlit Travel is conducted over the first six months of employment and includes:-
Introduction to the company and its business strategies: who we are/what we
do

Setting goals and objectives

Formal learning of tools, products and processes to perform the required duties

Organizational networking: introductions to teams, leaders, internal/external
clients, etc.

Logistics
- Setting up the employee’s computer, security badge, email, etc.
- Overview of benefits and policies
