Induction Program

Successful from the start

A new employee's formal induction into Carlson Wagonlit Travel is conducted over the first six months of employment and includes:
  • Introduction to the company and its business strategies:  who we are/what we do

  • Setting goals and objectives

  • Formal learning of tools, products and processes to perform the required duties

  • Organizational networking: introductions to teams, leaders, internal/external clients, etc.

  • Logistics

    • Setting up the employee’s computer, security badge, email, etc.
    • Overview of benefits and policies
