Late-breaking news affecting travel
British Airways' cabin crew union announces strike dates | 12:45 PM GMT, May 11, 2010

CWT Hot News in the UK & North America, Unite―the union that represents the majority
of British Airways (BA) cabin crew―has announced its intent to take strike action on four separate
occasions, each strike lasting five days.
The following strike dates have been provided:
May 18-22
May 24-28
May 30-June 3
June 5-9
At this time, all BA flights are operating as normal. Per the BA website, a response to this
strike action is being considered and the carrier is working to minimize any disruptions during the
planned strike dates.
Until further details are announced by BA, CWT recommends that passengers monitor the
carrier's website at
www.ba.com for the most current information and
flight schedules. CWT will continue to monitor the situation and provide additional information as
soon as it becomes available.
