Carlson Wagonlit Travel Appoints VP of Worldwide Consulting Unit and Creates Online Implementation Group for Europe

PARIS, November 8, 2005 - Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), a world leader in business travel management, announced today the appointment of Pascal Jungfer to the newly created position of worldwide vice president of CWT Solutions Group. In a related announcement, Charles Régnier was named Director of CWT’s newly created Online Implementation Group for Europe.

Pascal Jungfer Leads CWT Solutions Group Worldwide

CWT launched its consulting unit in the United States in 1998. The European division was created two years later. Now, by expanding its activity worldwide, CWT Solutions Group is ideally positioned to support global clients in a seamless and consistent manner. In his new worldwide role, Mr. Jungfer will be responsible for aligning CWT Solutions Group products, practices and organizations across regions and driving the continued growth of the company’s global consulting services.

Mr. Jungfer joined CWT in 2000 to create the CWT Solutions Group in Europe. A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, his previous experience includes 10 years’ Business to Business consulting with Accenture, Mars & Co. and Cap Gemini.

Charles Régnier Heads Up New Online Implementation Group

CWT is continuously developing its online business to respond to client demand for reduced costs. The individual teams that provide consulting, implementation support and integration to uphold this strategy will now be merged to form the EMEA Online Implementation Group (OIG).

Under Mr. Régnier’s leadership, the OIG will provide the entire range of services needed to ensure the success of a company’s online strategy.

Before joining CWT one year ago as Director of Technology Solutions for the CWT Solutions Group in Europe, Mr. Régnier, who is a Canadian citizen, was a consultant with Cap Gemini. He also worked as development manager for a software company specializing in business intelligence.
