CWT Names Senior Director to its Travel Management Institute | December 12, 2006
Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), the world’s second largest travel management company, has appointed Christophe Renard to the newly created position of senior director of the CWT Travel Management Institute. Mr. Renard reports to Pascal Jungfer, global vice president of the CWT Solutions Group. He is based in the company’s Paris offices.

Enhanced Version of CWT Freedom Delivers Travel Itinerary Information to More Desktop Calendars and Mobile Devices | December 5, 2006
Carlson Wagonlit Travel, the world’s second-largest travel management company, has released a new version of CWT Freedom, a business travel tool that now automatically delivers its travel itinerary information to Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices such as BlackBerrys, smart phones, Palm devices and Pocket PCs. By January 2007, Freedom will also provide functionality to travelers using IBM Lotus Notes.

Navigant acquisition and change in ownership | April 27, 2006
Carlson Wagonlit Travel to acquire Navigant International for US$16.50 per share in
all cash transaction valued at US$510 million.
Two global leaders in business travel management, Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), and Navigant
International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLYR), doing business as TQ3Navigant (Navigant), announced today that
they have signed a definitive agreement whereby CWT will acquire all outstanding shares of Navigant

Carlson Companies; One Equity Partners (OEP), a private equity affiliate of JPMorgan Chase & Co.; and Accor today announced that they have reached an agreement for Carlson and OEP to acquire Accor Group’s 50 percent share of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), a globally renowned travel management company. Carlson currently owns 50 percent of CWT.

The GetThere online corporate travel reservation system is available to CWT clients in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America and is offered in eight languages. The GetThere system complements CWT’s proprietary online booking tool CWT Horizon, which is available in the United States and Canada.

Regional Results
On Monday, January 23, 2006, Carlson Wagonlit Travel released the results of its global business travel survey, the "CWT Business Travel Indicator." The survey was commissioned by the travel management leader to gauge attitudes and perceptions of business travelers and corporate travel managers about the current and future state of business travel. The survey randomly sampled opinions of 2,100 business travelers and 650 travel managers, both CWT and non-CWT customers, in 12 countries.
