Shareholders and the executive team

Carlson Wagonlit Travel has two shareholders: Carlson, a global leader in hotels, restaurants, business and leisure travel, and marketing services, holds 55 percent of the company's shares and One Equity Partners (OEP), a private equity affiliate of JPMorgan Chase & Co., the remaining 45 percent.
