Michael G. O'Hara

Mr. O'Hara is the Chief Investment
Officer of the Special Investments Group of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Prior to joining JPMorgan, he served as a Partner at One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. O'Hara served as executive vice president of Worldspan and was a member of its board of directors. Prior to this, he was a management partner advising Citicorp Venture Capital and Ontario Teachers Pension Plan. Mr. O'Hara holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
