Håkan Ericsson was appointed President North America and Latin America in January 2012. Based in the United States, he reports to Douglas Anderson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and is a member of the global executive team.

Mr. Ericsson joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel in January 2008 as President EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Latin America and was given additional responsibilities for CWT’s Global Partners Network in January 2010.

Mr. Ericsson has gained wide experience in the area of professional services. Prior to joining CWT in 2008, he held a variety of leadership roles including CEO of Loomis, Executive Vice President of Support and Related business units for the Scandinavian airline – SAS and Managing Director of DHL Freight Europe.

Born and raised in Sweden, Mr. Ericsson spent three years working in Belgium and four years in France. He has traveled extensively around the world. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Stockholm.
