Jerry Hogan
EVP & General Counsel
In his position as executive vice president & general counsel for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Jerry Hogan has overall responsibility for all CWT legal functions on a global basis. Mr. Hogan is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is a member of the global executive team.
Mr. Hogan has served as vice president and general counsel of the Company since July 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Hogan was associate general counsel of Carlson from January 1991 to June 2005. He joined Carlson as a staff attorney in 1976.
Mr. Hogan holds a bachelor of science degree in history from Towson University and a juris doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law the State of Minnesota and is a member of the American and Minnesota State Bar Associations.
