Jack O’Neill
President North America
In his position as president of Carlson Wagonlit Travel North America, Jack O’Neill has overall responsibility for CWT in the United States and Canada. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, he is a member of the global executive team.
Mr. O'Neill has more than 25 years of travel industry experience, including operations, marketing and sales. Prior to joining CWT, he was president and chief executive officer of Maritz Corporate Travel (MCT), with a focus on multinational clients. Mr. O’Neill joined MCT in 1987 as vice president of national sales. In 1988, he became vice president of sales and operations, managing the corporate travel division's support staff. In 1990, he became vice president of air negotiations and field support.
Mr. O’Neill, an American citizen, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Louis in Saint Louis, Missouri.
