As Vice President of Human Resources North America for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Nick DeNicola provides leadership and oversight to the Human Resources area and has responsibility for employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and training, corporate policy development, compensation, and internal communications.

In addition to his responsibilities in North America, DeNicola has been named Interim Leader for Global Human Resources until a successor is named. He is based in Minneapolis and is a member of the Global Executive Team and the North America Executive Team.

Prior to joining CWT, DeNicola was president of The Evenium Group, a Human Resources consulting and executive search firm. He has also held executive level Human Resources positions for Pepsi-Cola, Pillsbury and Damark International.
