Philippe Vinay supervises the management of human resources for Carlson Wagonlit Travel on a worldwide basis and is responsible for mobilizing the company’s resources in line with key business priorities. Vinay is based in Paris and is a member of the global executive team. Before assuming his position, Vinay was executive vice president of human resources for CWT in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining CWT, Vinay held human resources positions at an international level with several major companies, including Eurovia, a subsidiary of Vinci, where he served as vice president of human resources, and the cosmetics company Yves Rocher Group, where he was director of human resources from 1989 until 1998.

A French citizen, Vinay began his career in 1978 with the construction company Quillery.
