Carlson Wagonlit Travel works with its clients to give travelers access to 24-hour emergency services.
CWT Guardian provides automated email notification of urgent developments worldwide to corporate travel managers that have a significant impact on travel, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so they are immediately aware of an issue affecting their travelers. Critical and life-threatening travel incidents are communicated via SMS message from our global emergency services center at London-Heathrow to CWT personnel and designated client contacts.

CWT also assists travelers in the event of an emergency, based on the situation and their individual needs. CWT provides 24-hour, 7-days a week emergency reservations support worldwide, allowing travelers to contact CWT at any time to get emergency assistance with reservations as needed. CWT also has the unique advantage of close relationships with vendors: our sister hotelier company, other travel-related companies, and suppliers that allow us to leverage resources on our clients’ behalf to provide alternate means of travel and access to large blocks of hotel rooms in an emergency situation.
