Carlson Wagonlit Travel works with its clients to provide a consolidated Web-based means of locating travelers on the road in case of an incident.

In the event of a national, regional or global crisis, CWT provides tracking reports that identify travelers who may be affected. Standard traveler tracking reports are updated daily, available to all clients using the CWT Program Management Center’s reporting center. Clients can use the CWT Program Management Center to locate travelers at any time, for any reason. Corporate travel managers no longer need to consolidate disparate regional reports because they receive global incident reporting quickly—via the Web, or via email with enhanced options—improving productivity and saving valuable time.

Enhanced, one-click access

CWT Guardian’s enhanced traveler location feature enables corporate travel managers to have “one-click access” to monitor, locate, and contact employees who are traveling—accomplished through an integrated itinerary database populated by CWT booking data. A sophisticated interactive map instantly displays where the company’s travelers are located, so corporate travel managers can immediately assess the impact of an incident to their organization’s most valuable asset: its employees. CWT Guardian can also provide corporate travel managers with the ability to directly communicate with the affected travelers during an incident, allowing them to deliver company-specific instructions quickly.
