Thales, a multinational electronics and systems group headquartered in France, started consolidating its travel program in 2000, following a period of major internal restructuring and rebranding as a global leader. Since then, the company has reached a number of major milestones, consolidating most of the main travel program components across 18 countries with the support of CWT. Jacques Chambre, general expenses purchasing director, has led the process from France with a network of six local correspondents in Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
