Ground transportation—rental car, “black car” , limousine, taxi and rail—generally receives less attention from travel managers than air and hotel spend. Consequently, most organizations do not fully exploit opportunities for savings or reap other benefits in this area. To help travel managers explore the opportunities more effectively, CWT Solutions Group created a specialist ground transportation team last July. CWT Vision talked to Dave Kilduff, Managing Director of the practice.
