Industry-leading profile managementThe CWT Portrait profile system allows travelers and travel arrangers to access, populate, and update traveler profile information anytime, anywhere, with secure access via the Internet. Traveler profile information is used to ensure that travel reservations are made accurately with the traveler’s preferences, loyalty programs, and company reporting information correctly applied to each reservation. Updates to profile information made through CWT Portrait are automatically available to online booking tools and CWT travel counselors, enhancing the efficiency of the travel booking process for travelers.
Mobile services to reach travelers in transitCWT mobile services allow delivery of travel information and itineraries through mobile devices - automatically populating calendars with flight information, offering flight alternatives to the schedule booked, and driving directions from the traveler’s airport to the hotel. This kind of automation and integration into technology travelers already use helps keep the traveler focused on the business of your company.
