EMEA Infrastructure Project Manager
Main objective
- Manage IT projects within EMEA and support non IT projects with IT relevant competence
- Ensure complete and consistent project documentation and prepare adequate Project reporting
Main Duties
- Provide Project Management competence to and lead major IT Infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that IT Project Management Standards are applied in terms of Project Management and Project Reporting
- Focus on clear identification and documentation of Project Scope, Risks and Issues. Keep a project dossier up to date. Provide weekly updates to the IT Infrastructure director.
- Ensure that all relevant parties are included in the communication plan and complete and timely information is provided to all Project Members
- Ensure that on project completion this is correctly documented with implementation instruction, operating manual, test plans and backup and recovery plans.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English plus at least one other EMEA language
- Experienced in complex IT environments
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, experienced in multinational Environments
- Project Management Skills
