Business trips have become more pleasant, mainly through greater personalization and the digital support supplied by apps, booking tools, and information services. But stress levels can still be high for frequent travelers, who may not be able to switch off, or may feel that they never get a break due to constant accessibility.

 

Many suffer when accommodations are not optimally selected or travel connections include long waiting times. Disruptions to personal eating and exercise routines are also perceived as stressful.
